  • *Note: This is a general list. The equipment you need will depend on what you are working on. We can figure this out together!

    • What if I can’t attend live?

      • It is recommended to attend the live sessions as often as you can for accountability, connection, and support, and I trust that you will use your judgment to decide what works best for you.

      • Consider me your “pocket coach” when you’re not live, and hit me up via WhatsApp or through the Everfit App for feedback/support.

      • Any led sessions will be recorded and shared within the community.

    • What is Deload Week?

      This week there will be no live coaching calls. The purpose is to take an intentional break from the routine. Some suggestions:

      • Choose a class from our on-demand library

      • Do your training on your own and ease off the volume

      • Go to a gym or train outside for a change up!

      • Try out a new class (yoga, dance, boxing, or pilates)

      • Reach out to me and I’d be happy to provide some modifications to your program

    • What happens in the led sessions, and how can I be prepared?

      The led sessions are designed to help you reset your body and mind. Come prepared for some movement and some stillness!

    • What if I’m going to be away and I still want to move/train but don’t have access to my usual equipment?

      Reach out to me IN ADVANCE if you plan to train while away and would like some modifications made to your program or an alternative.
