You will gain a greater awareness of how your joints are designed to move, how to build stronger joints, and ultimately how to maintain structural integrity of the spine, shoulders, and hips.

This is the portion of the program where you will learn how all the pieces fit together, and how to recruit the right “stuff” so that you can generate more power, strength, and stability from the inside-out.
We will break down proper hip mechanics for hinging and squatting, address balance, as well as upper body pushing and pulling principles.
Understanding the mechanics behind these fundamental movement patterns (in theory and in practice), is key to building strength in an efficient and effective way.

Will I need to go to a gym?
It’s totally up to you! For most of the program you will be using your own body weight. Everything is very accessible and easy to do at home with minimal equipment.
Will I need equipment and/or props?
The only props you will need:
Yoga block (or heavy book)
Dowel, pvc pipe, or broomstick
Light-medium resistance band
Mini band (or the same resistance band tied up)
